Give a Warm, Two-Handed Handshake

A friend and her family were having a party in celebration of her recent law degree. A lady I hadn't seen for a long time walked up and gave me one of the warmest handshakes I've received in a long time. While shaking right hands, she put her left hand on my right forearm. There's nothing new about it, but few do it as enthusiastically as she did. 

Her handshake made such an impression that we started talking about the various ways people shake hands. She related that the handshake she gave me was the "Dolly Madison handshake." That was the first time I'd known a handshake to have a name.
